I am answering the last four days of random questions; random days.......... Here goes!
Who had the greatest influence on your life? Why? Have you made an impact on anyone? How?
I would probably say the people that had the greatest influence on my life are my parents. Why? Because they raised me; taught me values, morals, good from bad; how to be a kind, considerate, and loving person. I've probably made an impact on more people than I know.....not tooting my own horn here; it's probably not always been a positive influence is why I say that. There are certain personalities that I tend to clash with. But I guess that's life! I always try to keep a light heart about things although it's not easy some of the time. I HOPE I've had a positive influence on my daughter. Time will tell.

Have you ever thought about being a comedian? They say you can find humor in just about any situation. Think of something that happened to you recently and tell a funny story about it.
No, I've never thought about becoming a comedian. I don't have what it takes to deliver the story the way comedians do. But I can think of something funny that happened to me not too long ago. I was answering questions from a different meme; one of them being, "If you had an opportunity to go somewhere (spur of the moment) but you had to take time off from work, would you tell your boss the truth or would you lie and call in sick?" I said I'd probably lie and call in sick because I always have to find someone to cover the office for me when I'm gone if I just take a day off. Then I proceeded to add that I knew that was a safe answer here because I was sure my boss would never read this anyway! Well, the next day in my comments was a comment from someone claiming to be my boss! It said, "I just did!" And I was freaking out!! It wasn't until I realized that my boss would NEVER come across my blog accidenally; heck she barely knows how to get on the internet *crosses fingers and knocks on wood* and look for something that she KNOWS the url to! When I looked at the comments again, I noticed it was from my mom!! I was cracking up!!! I told my boss about it the next day and we both had a good laugh. (That was a good one Mom!!)

Name some colors that clash. Why might a person use these colors together?
I always thought pink and red clashed; yeah, I know those are valentine colors. Definitely orange and red clash. I mean bright orange and bright red. Why would someone use these two colors together? Maybe to grab someone's attention?

What kinds of foods do you like to eat? Do you consider yourself a "healthy eater?" Why or why not?
I LIKE to eat pop tarts, doritos, cheez-its, peanuts, etc. Do I eat them just because I like to? No. Well, I do eat them on occasion but I know it's not good for me so I try to refrain from them. I also like tacos, burgers, salad, chicken; you know, 'normal people' food. I don't think I'm as healthy a eater as I could be. I find it hard to come up with a well-balance meal sometimes.

That's all my answers so until next time, have a good one!!

It's time for another random question......
What is the best book you ever read? Why did you like it? Who is your favorite author?
Hmmmmm.........not an easy question for me. I've read a lot of good books. I'd have to say my favorites were probably the V.C. Andrews series; the old ones. I think I've read just about all of them (I think.) They are 'fast' reading and you just want to keep reading to see what happens next. More favorite authors: John Grisham, Stephen King (yes, that's right) and I just read a wonderful book that all the kids are reading (or were reading) titled, "Holes" by Louis Sachar. Dean Koontz is good too. Ok, enough!

Now on to more; this one from explorer......
If you could give any one thing (anything at all) at no cost to yourself, to any one person (any person at all) what would you give and to whom, and why?
Oh my goodness! THAT is a hard one! I would give my daughter the best college education she could get, to anywhere she wants to go. I'm not saying she won't go to any college she wants, but I'm REALLY counting on her academics to pull in some scholarships! I know the pressure is on for her, but how does that saying go? "If you expect nothing, you get nothing."
